- ARTICLE 5- DELIVERY METHODS :
5.1- General conditions
Shipments are made from Monday to Sunday, excluding periods of closure of the establishment.
The delivery time will be imperatively indicated to the customer as of the conclusion of the sale on the email of confirmation of order. The shipment will be triggered only when the full payment of the goods and the transport costs will be effective.
The shipments take place 2 days maximum after the reception of the order except in case of force majeure, holidays or closure of the establishment.
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, in metropolitan France or European Union (under conditions).
In case of error in the wording of the coordinates of the addressee, the company Pinoy Services Filipino- Asian store would not know how to be held for person in charge of the impossibility of delivery. Any possible overtaking of the delivery period will not be able to give place to damages, retention or cancellation of the order by the Buyer.
5.3- Delivery charges
Delivery costs will be applied according to the zone of distribution and according to the costs in force applied by UPS.

- ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL :
For all products except fresh products (perishable goods), and in accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return the ordered products for reimbursement at his expense. However, no return or replacement will be accepted for opened or opened products.

The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect.
The customer must notify to UPS and to the company Pinoy Services Filipino- Asian store any reserve on the delivered product (damaged package, already opened) in the day following the reception of the product. In the case of a technical product, the customer will take particular care to check the good functioning of the delivered apparatus, to read the note of use which is provided to him.
In case of apparent defects, the customer benefits from the right of return under the conditions provided in this document.
- ARTICLE 9- GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, as well as any other separate agreement through which we provide you Services will be governed and interpreted under the laws in force at 22 avenue nationale, Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, B, 40230, France.
