Shipping of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 6 days after receipt of payement (depending on your delivery method)
UPS: at a relay point (estimated delivery time between 1 and 3 days)
Colissimo: at home (delivery estimated between 4 to 6 days)
Packages are dispatched via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages can also be shipped via Colissimo and delivered against a signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include preparation and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
If your order consists of in-stock items, shipped later the shipping date may change. Be sure to check the dates indicated when placing the order and on your confirmation e-mail.
Deliveries outside of France may be subject to customs duties and additional service charges. Please note that Pinoy Services has no control over these fees and cannot advise you on their amount, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please keep in mind that we are not able to refund duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
